I am so excited right now! We’re getting all the arrangements for our end of the year book sorted out, I got my cover art, back summary, and dedication finished, planned out my hourglass story already and it’s so awesome, and I have received my T-shirt and hoodie! Thanks Mr. Gifford for everything!

This week, I admit that I didn’t accomplish a lot of writing due to the immense amount of work that I have been putting into our end of the year book and I was cramming to finish the cover art in four days.

This week from April 29 to May 6, 2007, I have written 1,293 words on Magic Pens and 206 words off for a total of 1,499 words.

As for reading, I finished the last 77 pages or so of Great Expectations written by Charles Dickens and began with the first 5 pages of Timeline written by Michael Crichton.

Yes, thank you Noelle for doing all this work for the end of the year book. I’m sorry that I haven’t been much help with much of anything this year.

Let me know if you can get the picture done at 300 dpi. If you need to remove the names, they said they could probably add them in just like you had them. If you can’t up the quality, we’re going to have to go with Plan B. I hope we can go with yours, but it’s possible that it just can’t be done.

I DID get an extension, though, so we could solve the dilemma.

Hey, I don’t know if you have a junk mail filter or anything, but I sent you an e-mail on your yahoo account detailing an idea I had for the club. Its subject is ‘Hey Noelle, it’s Randy.’

I saw Jurassic Park III. Of course, I didn’t really appreciate it, since I had just got done seeing X-Men for the first time and was still totally in love with that (and *cough*James Marsden*cough*), but my brother absolutely adored the books!

There’s a cheesy movie based on the book. I should say, loosely, based on the book. If you like reading Crichton, you should like it.

No problem. I am just so excited for this book, I’ll do anything for it. 😀 I hope that I like Timeline also. I liked Jurassic Park in 6th grade, so I figured I’d give this one a try.

I’ve seen the movie and I thought that it was totally awesome, but the book Jurassic Park was nothing like the movie, so I don’t know exactly what to expect, which is nice. My dad’s read the book and has told me all about it, saying that it was awesome and all, so I think that I will like it.
