I wrote this week, although it wasn’t exactly all good quality. I hope once again that I will do much better next week. This week, from February 18 to February 24, 2007, I wrote 6,677 words on Magic Pens and 581 elsewhere coming to be a total of 7,258 words.

For reading, I read 62 pages of Rebecca written by Daphne DuMaurier and (if it counts,) A Practical Guide to Dragons by Lisa Trumbauer.

Alright, due to the immense amount of babysitting and homework that I had along with my temporary suspension from my computer, I have once again had a low week.

On Magic Pens this week from February 11 to February 17, 2007, I wrote 4,539 and 404 words on paper. This comes to be 4,943 words. I promise that this upcoming week will be a better one.

For reading, I once again failed. I read the first 20 pages of Rebecca by Daphne DuMaurier.

Once again, I promise that my next week will be much better than this one for I have deeply disappointed myself. My lack of writing has been disturbing me. *twitch*

Word counts for me seem to change just as the tides in the ocean do. There are highs and there are lows that come in gradual and sometimes sudden waves.

This week from February 4 to February 10, 2007, is one of my “low tides” with 1,946 words on Magic Pens and 111 words on paper to equal a total of 2,057 words. This week I have had a lot of homework every day and I had to babysit. When I did have time to write, I used it to think of an idea for Matt’s contest, but unfortunately, couldn’t think of anything. I hope that next week will be a much better week for me!

For reading, I once again replaced reading-time to think of idea’s for Matt’s contest and have only read 69 pages of The River by Gary Paulsen and finished up Romeo and Juliet.

Holy crap! I don’t know how this is possible, but I wrote more this week than any other week before!

This week from January 28 to February 3, 2007 I have written 11,023 words on Magic Pens and 894 words on paper. Together, this comes to be 11,917 words.

For reading, I finished reading the last 115 pages of Brian’s Winter by Gary Paulsen, and after reading the alternate ending for Hatchet it made me want to re-read Hatchet again. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it in my bookshelf, so I started reading the sequel, The River and have read the first 30 pages along with 30 pages of Romeo and Juliet.

This week from January 21 to January 27, 2007, I have written 3,783 words on Magic Pens and 671 off. Together, this comes out to be a total of 4,454 words.

This week was one of my down-weeks as I had serious writer’s block and I a lot of homework. I would have written a lot more if I didn’t have to do this big Spanish project. Also, I was mainly planning my rewrites. Maybe next week will look better.

Anyways, for reading, I read the last 150 pages of DragonFlight by Anne McCaffrey, started the first 45 pages of Brian’s Winter by Gary Paulsen for a quick light read, and have read 57 pages of Romeo and Juliet.

This week from January 14 to January 20, 2007, I have a so-so word count to display.

I have written 4,526 words on Magic Pens and 645 words off. This adds up to 5,171 words.

For reading, I did a lot worse than last week. I only read the prologue of Romeo and Juliet and 28 pages of DragonFlight written by Anne McCaffrey.

If anybody has noticed, I usually read a lot on school days, so this 3-day school week didn’t help my reading total, and when I think of a new story, (No Longer in Darkness,) I usually replace reading-time with plan-my-new-story-time. I am shamefully guilty of that this week.

I am so proud of myself this week from January 7 to January 13, 2007 for I have returned to my usual, large amount of writing and have another high word count to display.

It feels good to say that I have written 7,368 words on Magic Pens and 1,114 words off. This adds up to be a total of 8,482 words.

I have surprisingly been keeping up with my reading just as well. I have read 9 chapters, (131 pages,) in DragonFlight by Anne McCaffrey and have read the short story, Full Circle. I hope to keep up these stats this week!

For some reason, for the last three or four word counts, they just haven’t been as high as they normally are. I just haven’t been…writing as much or something. I know that I have been drawing a lot more. I have been working on my websites a lot more often also.

Well anyway, this week from December 31st, 2006 to January 6th, 2007, I have written 1,858 words on Magic Pens and 780 words off.

This comes to a total of 2,638 words written.

I have finished reading the last 2 chapters of The Little White Horse, by Elizabeth Goudge. I also read The Fifty-First Dragon by Heywood Broun and The Most Dangerous Game written by Richard Connel. This along with the first 4 chapters of DragonFlight by Anne McCaffrey comes out to be an okay reading total for me.

Alright, this week I was overcome with laziness. I am sorry that this is late. I seriously remembered the word count yesterday, but I thought that yesterday was Saturday! My dad brought up that today was Monday and I was like, “Oh crap!”

Well anyways, this week from December 24 to December 30, 2006, I have written about 1,194 words on Magic Pens, and 1,635 words off. This is a weak total of 2,829 words. I can do better.

For reading, I only read a few posts from a variety of different members. Over this Christmas Break, I was actually working on webpages and drawing pictures mostly. I shall share some with you to make up for my lack of writing!

This week from December 17 to December 23, 2006, I am ashamed of myself. I have not posted much on Magic Pens, which I will try to change this following week.

On Magic Pens I wrote 2,161 words and off I wrote 2,361 words. This all comes to a grand total of 4,522 words.

For reading, I read three chapters of The Little White Horse written by Elizabeth Goudge. This was a mere 78 pages.

As I said before, I shall post more frequently this upcoming week. I also plan on reading and commenting on a lot of people’s posts since I have been elected Vice President. Thank you for all who voted for me!

This week from December 10 to December 16, 2006 I have written approximately 3,860 words on Magic Pens and 2,030 off. This comes up to be a total of 5,890 words.

For reading, I did better this week. I read The Cask of Amontillado written by Edgar Allan Poe, The Necklace written by Guy de Maupassant, and 7 chapters of The Little White Horse, written by Elizabeth Goudge. (It was like 94 pages or something.)

I plan on reading Eragon soon since a couple of people (not in Magic Pens,) have told me that my main story, The Horse From the Woods, is just like it. I watched the movie and it wasn’t anything like my story, so I hope the book is the same. If you have read Eragon, please read my story and see what you think. People are telling me that it is just the prologue.

This week from December 3 to December 9, 2006 I’ve written approximately 4,120 words on Magic Pens. I also wrote about 4,000 words not on Magic Pens, (roleplays,) for a complete total of 8,120 words.

For reading, I didn’t do as well, (I never do,) as I read one chapter of The Little White Horse written by Elizabeth Goudge and I read The Lady or the Tiger written by Frank R. Stockton about three times. I also read The Adventures of the Speckled Band written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
