“Timeline” by Michael Crichton
Once again, I was consumed with homework and I even got a new and better notebook for my handwritten Spanish dictionary for Spanish class, so I was working on converting the 80 pages of Spanish words over to the new notebook. I’ve only gotten 30 pages finished so far.
Anyways, this week from September 30, to October 6, 2007, I have written only 364 words.
I also read 36 pages of Timeline written by Michael Crichton.
Wouldn’t it be easier to just buy a Spanish/English Dictionary for your Spanish class. That’s what did for my Spanish class.
No, because I am writing down only what we learn in class so then it’s all in one spot and only what I need, not along with every other word in the Spanish world. Also, I organize my notebook/dictionary into categories such as animals, clothes, places, etc.
I guess that makes since. The only thing that matters is that it works for you and nothing else needs be said on this subject at moment.
I’m curious, is that book the same as the movie called Timeline?
Yes, it is. It is a bit different though as movies based on books tend to stray.
OHHH I LOVE THAT MOVIE…I may love the book….hmmm….
It’s a pretty good book. Michael Crichton, as you may know, has written a number of books that have been turned into movies. Jurassic Park, for example, was based on his book. Loosely based, I might add…
Yes, I have also read Jurrassic Park and its sequel, The Lost World, and they weren’t very similar to the movies. Even the main plot was changed!
I wonder. Jeremy said he was going to help me get a Star Wars background. But he hasn’t done anything yet. I think I’m going to have to get someone else to help me with it. I don’t blame him though. He is starting a new job and everything.
And so I will, I just have to find time, Jordan, pictures, and a constant internet connection.
